Eating with the Etruscans

The laboratory aims, through a leap back in time, to show how the Etruscans used to live at the Forcello settlement. The discoveries which give details about their everyday lives, paying particular attention to the production and processing of food will be illustrated, then the activity of milling grains with millstones and grinders to make flour will be undertaken.
